THE BIG GOAL: Educate employees (3,000+) about how to use the features of a new Intranet that allowed everyone to manage their payroll and benefit information

SOLUTION:
• Integrate screen shots of the web pages and callouts of functions

• A main spread (middle top) shows all of the links

• A campus illustration (far right) shows individual departments using the site

• A laminated card for desktop use (far left)
